The Fortivus Foundation is how we keep that promise accessible - removing barriers so cost, access, or geography never decide a child’s future.
OUR MISSION
No child should miss out on sport because of cost, access, or opportunity.
The Fortivus Foundation exists to break down every barrier that keeps kids on the sidelines. We provide the funding, gear, and support network they need to train year-round, play at their highest potential, and belong to a community that lifts them up.
In partnership with Fortivis Academy, we’re building a pathway for every child to have access to a multi-sport pathway where all athletes can have the opportunity to develop the skills, confidence, and character to succeed anywhere, on and off the field.
WHAT WE DO
Remove the financial barrier. We cover registration fees, uniforms, travel costs, and equipment so families can focus on supporting their athletes, not paying the bills.
Open the door to opportunity. From local training to national camps to overseas tours, we connect kids with experiences that expand their game — and their world.
Build a long-term pathway. We don’t just fund a single season; we help athletes map a journey through multiple sports, year-round development, and lifelong growth.
HOW IT WORKS - FAST & SIMPLE
- Identify a need. Athletes, Parents, Caregivers, Coaches, or school partners submit a short request form
- Assess & Match: Our team reviews the request and matches the child with the right Fortivus Academy program level - from single-item gear to full Academy sponsorship
- Deliver & Support: We ship gear to your doorstep and connect scholarship recipients to local teams and mentors
- Track Improvement. We follow up regularly to measure participation, school attendance, and personal growth - ensuring our support creates sustainable outcomes

Who can request help?
Parents, caregivers, community leaders, coaches, and school staff may submit requests for athletes in grades 2–12.
Where do you operate?
While our mission will be to operate nationwide across the United States, the mission of the Foundation will be to align with the expansion of Fortivus Academy. Today, we provide support throughout Illinois.
How do you choose recipients?
We balance need, local support capacity, and the commitment to fully participate from both athlete and caregiver.
How long does support last?
From single-season assistance (gear or registration) to multi-season sponsorships where appropriate and available.
